It would be good if when I get an alert and have resolved it, I can login to my account and ask fora manual retest - as, in my case - it could be upto 10 mins before I get retested.
This will allow users to recover there uptime/SLA % more realistically rather than once the next test cycle begins.

Welcome aboard, and thank you for using our service.
Honestly, I don't think we will provide manual retest to help you recover from downtime faster. If you need a more realistic uptime %, please use short monitoring intervals (<= 5 min).
Meanwhile, we do provide users a tool to manual retest using our quick test. You can use it to determine if your website or server is UP, but it has no effect on the reports in your account.
