Hi
I have noticed that the system sends out emails to the just as reminders to login in etc.
What other emails does the customers reminders receive from the system (other than alerts)
Thanks

Dear Andrew,
Your customers will receive emails in the following occasions:
A) 3 days after sign up if the customer did not set up any test or public report in account
B) when free trial ends (account downgraded)
C) 3 days after free trial ends, if there is any offending tests removed by the system
All emails will be sent in your name, and you will receive a copy (CC) of each of these emails.
Thank you. |

No email to customers on sign-up?
I have added 2 test accounts, and I receive notification 'New User Signup' but customers get nothing.
Regards,

'New User Signup' email is sent to inform reseller of a new signup, but there is no email sent to user.
Thank you. |

Hi,
Thanks for confirming my findings, but can you do anything about it please?
It seems very odd signing-up for a service but no email message to confirm it.
Many thanks,
- Vince |

Thank you for listening.
I am sure this was simply an oversight.
Best wishes,

Hope you don't mind but I have a related feature request.
Would like ability to edit the standard text in email messages that are currently sent to customers.
Thanks again,
- Vince |

Just one more on same subject
Currently we have option to send from 2 email addresses for:
Alert/Report Email Address
and
Support Email Address
Can you consider splitting Alert/Report Email Address into two separate fields please?
The idea came as I just received the weekly report, and I have the email from address as alert@
Would be good to have report@ for the reports so customers don't panic when these are sent, and easier for them to sort.
Again, many thanks for listening.

A simple solution to this problem is not to use the alert@ address. Just use report@ or something generic like system@ etc.
Thank you. |

Indeed, but clients would appreciate the difference between receiving an alert@ and report@ message, same as they do with support@
Thanks,

We do not think it is necessary to separate them because users can setup a filter in their email client based on the email subject. For example, "Daily Uptime Report", "Weekly Uptime Report" & "Monthly Uptime Report" are uptime reports while the rest are up/down alerts. |
