Hi,
I'd like to enable the cascading reseller option, but cannot find any info on how it works regarding payments.

Do we get part of the setup fee?
Do the payments come directly to us, and therefore we need to ensure we have enough funds to enable instant activation - for both resellers and their own clients?

Appreciate some clarity from you or anyone else that already has this enabled.
many thanks,

- Vince

Hi Vince,

I will answer your questions in reverse order to make my answers clearer:

Yes, your clients and resellers pay you directly. When they place an order, service will be provisioned instantly if you have sufficient funds in your account. Otherwise, the order will be put on hold until you add the necessary funds.

We charge you $30 to upgrade an account to reseller, so if you charge your resellers a higher price, then you will "get" part of the fee. Of course, they pay you directly as mentioned above. For example, they pay you $50, you pay us $30 and keep the $20 as profit.

Thank you.

Hi,
Thanks for the speedy answer.

Shame it is costly to recruit reseller, especially compared to affiliate programmes out there. Maybe you'll consider adding an affiliate program?

Do we need to do anything from our end to set them up?

Thanks,

- Vince

Our current affiliate program at fineclicks has been terminated.

We will have an in-house affiliate program some time in future.

Thank you.
