I've got a few suggestions to improve the public report:
1. It would be useful if the public report was divided up by server in the same way as the report in the control panel. Eg:
- Server 1
- HTTP
- FTP
- MySQL
- Server 2
- HTTP
- FTP
- MySQL
Such an arrangement would certainly make it easier for customers to view the status and uptime of the server that applies to them.
2. It would also be nice if we could create custom templates for the public report (in a similar fashion to the notification templates). That way it would be possible to have a basic report for public pages and a more detailed report for customers only.
3. My final suggestion is to allow us to customise the order in which service monitors are displayed, so instead of having FTP, HTTP, MySQL etc. We could change it to MySQL, FTP, HTTP.
Other than these 3 points, I think you have an excelent service! |

Thank you for trying our service and welcome to the forums.
Your suggestions have been recorded and will be considered.
In fact, you can use the RSS/XML feeds to build a report specifically to your requirements. That would achieve what you want. The RSS/XML link can be obtain from your account area under Report -> Public Report.
