We are pleased to announce the immediate availability of a few new/updated features.
Performance Reports
- performance statistics from May 1st 2009 is now available
- graphs with breakdown of response times (DNS, Connect, Request, Processing, Download) for better performance analysis and tuning
Uptime Reports
- the original detailed log is renamed outage history
- new detailed log provides detailed records of each monitoring check (time, location etc)
- you may also view response received in each check for troubleshooting purposes
- uptime reports are now illustrated with graphs
Quick Test
- you can see performance results from various locations
Dutch Website
- the original Dutch website is now split into: Dutch (The Netherlands) and Dutch (Belgium) to better suit our users

Hi,
Is there a way within the reseller system to allow us to send an email to let customers know about new features?
Failing that, can we export our customer details as a csv file so we can import into our own email system?
