Hi, I am in the Free Trial period and do not see anything in the monitoring reports that shows the response time of my web pages. Is this part of your service? Most competing services give uptime as well as response time statistics, I'm hoping you do too! If so, I'm looking forward to upgrading to Professional.

Dear Michael,

Thank you for your interest in our service.

We do not monitor response time of websites at this time. However, we have recorded your suggestion and may implement it in the future.

Actually, our system has a timeout setting (default to 60 sec). If your website takes too long to respond, a timeout error will still be generated and you will know if your website experiences a performance problem.

OK, thanks for responding. The response time stats would be a really great addition and should be measured down to thousandths (0.001) of a second. You could also compare this to a "benchmark" index of big-name sites like google & yahoo.

Hi ppc123. This feature has not been implemented yet. We are focusing our resources on a few key features (not including this), so it will be a while before you will see it.

Please let us know should you have any other questions regarding monitoring.

I agree, not having response time is going to be a deciding factor between hyperspin and a competitor that does provide it.

I really like hyperspin, but the whole web interface leaves a lot to be desired. Mostly it just feels cheap. Hard to sell to any kind of manager, no matter how good, or cheap, it may be.

We have planned to add response time monitoring and improve our interface in the coming months, so these aspects will improve.
