I have a free account (still on the professional trial) that I setup to monitor a single website. Later on, a different server provider setup a professional account for me to monitor a few different servers.
Can I combine the free account into my pro account keeping the free monitoring terms (time interval) on the original account?
Thanks, |

Hi Eric,
I'm afraid we can't mix free and pro together; they have to be separate.
We can however combine multiple pro accounts into one. |

No problem, thanks. I may just have to upgrade when the trial runs out . . . hmm. Can you upgrade a pro account provided by a reseller and one that I purchase directly through you, or is it best to see if I can purchase an additional account through the reseller?
Suppose I could also cancel my original account and pay to add on another pro server monitoring through the reseller, right? |

I'm able to locate your accounts. In fact, PowerVPS is our partner and not a reseller. They don't resell accounts for us, you still come back to us if you need any extra monitor.
I'd suggest you purchase an extra test to your PowerVPS account, and we'll help you to move the site in your original account over here. Once the move is complete, you'll close the original account. |

Got it, thanks. Just wasn't sure if that was the best way as my original account isn't hosted at PowerVPS. Thanks for clarifying. |
