|
Hi,
How do I monitor a port for example, let say I wanted to monitor ports:
80
443
25
110
3306
Can you confirm each port need one test so, for example, if I had 5x 5 minutes I could check all the above
Regards,

Dear Gary,
These ports are already supported by our service. To add them:
1. login to your account (or sign up for a new one if you don't have an account)
2. go to Monitoring -> Add a Test
3. select to monitor a new server
4. enter the hostname and other details
5. select the ports you mentioned (they have been pre-populated)
Please let me know if you have more questions.
Thank you. |

Hi,
Thanks.
So does that mean I can monitor all 5 ports with 1 test or do I need 5 tests
For example:
1 test = 1x 5minutes for 5 ports
OR
5 tests = 5x 5minutes for 5 ports
Regards,

Each port requires a test, so you will need 5 x 5-min tests in your case.
Thank you. |
