Hi everybody,
I wonder if someone can explain what this mean: "500 ( The host was not found. ) "
I have several downtimes with this error and I want to know why happens. |

We found the websites you monitor and saw the errors in recent outages.
In HTTP 1.1 specification, the status code 500 usually refers to "500 Internal Server Error".
You can actually see the response received from your website as follows:
1. login to your Hyperspin account
2. go to Report -> Overview
3. click "Outage History"
4. click "Detailed Log" for the outage with "500 ( The host was not found. )" error
5. click "View Response" for any of the checks
The error message "500 ( The host was not found. )" is a non-standard message. Please check with your webhost.
