I've sent three requests for help to reactivate an account after I added funds. What do I need to do to get a response from support? Does support still exist? |

Thank you for using our service.
Could you let us know how did you sent the 3 requests? Did you use the contact form on our website or email? If email, which address did you email to? The last email we received from you dated Mar 2011.
Anyway, your subscription had ended and the account tekked had been closed. Adding funds alone does not reactivate the account automatically; you will need to create a new subscription for tekked as follows:
1. login to your reseller account (ritms@biffduncan.com)
2. go to Reseller -> Accounts
3. select "Upgrade to Professional" for tekked
4. configure a plan of "15 x 5-min tests"
5. subscribe and pay with funds
