Most Recent Downtime Information: On 29th July 2010, Serenity - our main client server - received a 85 minute downtime due to an external network issue. This affected all client sites on this server. Whilst this was the first downtime we have experienced in many months, we nonetheless apologise greatly for this downtime. Sorry for the inconvenience.
