To bring you better service, we will be performing a major system upgrade. The purpose of the upgrade is to phase out aging hardware & OS, and to increase our system capacity. Service interruption cannot be avoided, but will be minimized as much as possible.
DATE & TIME
Jun 05 2015 09:00 PM (US/Eastern)
DURATION
2 hours expected (maximum 8 hours if things did not go as planned)
IMPACT
Our website and control panel will be unavailable. Monitoring system will be shut down. There will be a period of no monitoring performed. Outages may not be detected or reported, but no false alarm is expected.
We will take necessary steps to ensure a smooth and speedy upgrade. Any inconvenience is deeply regretted. |
