|
|
I've set up a specific page on my webserver, that will display keywords telling if mysql is up/down and ftp is up/down.
In the website monitoring controlpanel, I entered the keywords needed
MYSQL IS UP, FTP IS UP
and the keywords not wanted
MYSQL IS DOWN, FTP IS DOWN
But now it tell's me that my site is down, even though it returns a page with only the text:
MYSQL IS UP
FTP IS UP
Can you tell me how to do this correctly ?
Regards,

Dear Mark,
Thank you for using our Professional service.
We checked your account "koalit" and found that your website has been reported as UP for more than 1 day, ie. it was UP at the time you created this thread. We cannot find anything wrong. Can you tell us more about the problem?
Thank you. |

Thank you for your reply.
I'm sorry for wasting your time - the mistake occurred when I was making the website monitoring setup - and I didn't bother to check it before posting here... sorry!
Thanks for your quick reply.
